that I lived thru the 1960's without major mental trauma [Riots- Viet-Nam-Protests etc.] with the exception of Viet-Nam death of my best friend "closer then brother" JOHN MARSHALL CALLAHAM [1964]- [MIRACLE is being able to name one of my sons MIDDLE named MARSHALL] & Viet-Nam KIA Marty Gabriel next door neighbor. Getting to be first QB [FOOTBALL] and point-guard [BASKETBALL] the first year MESA COLLEGE opened-1964 got to re-unite with MONTZUMA-BLESSED SACRAMENT-ROLANDO-HORACE MANN friends

Just honoring JOHN CALLAHAM and anyone else that passed that were part of who I am. My parents had me go to Catholic HS because of athletic scholarship. let my sister go to Crawford---wish I could have gone to Crawford besides summer school with my friends. Just like to remind people that when those close to us pass-on to not let memories pass with them. also went to Blessed Sacrament for 9 years [kind.-8th grade] and grew up on MONTEZUMA playground a lot of friends if any of them remember me would appreciate hearing from them. I am a ROLANDO KID. my mom 95 years old still lives in house on CLEO ST, LASTLY from 8 yrs. old to high school we ruled SAN DIEGO STATE'S GYM-AZTEC BOWL and all the fields with SANDLOT GAMES- Thank You so much for this
